Terms of use
These terms describe the responsibilities that apply when using the DocInsight workspace.
Using the service
DocInsight is a research and decision-support workspace. You may use it only with an access credential assigned or authorized for you, and you are responsible for activity performed through that credential.
Your material
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload documents, save web material, and submit research inputs. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party material unless your organization has approved that use.
Research output
Generated reports can be incomplete or incorrect. Citations, claims, recommendations, and exported documents must be reviewed by a qualified person before they are used for business, academic, legal, medical, financial, or policy decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe other users' workspaces, distribute malicious material, or misrepresent generated output as independently verified fact.
Third-party services
Web sources and language-model providers are operated by third parties. Their availability, content, model behavior, and terms are outside DocInsight's control. Use of your own provider key is also subject to that provider's terms.
Availability and changes
Features, limits, supported providers, and access rules may change as the service evolves. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or operational reasons.
