DocInsight is an evidence-grounded research and decision intelligence workspace. To access the platform, enter your assigned access key (formatted as PX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX) along with your full name on the landing page.
Session Isolation
Your authentication session, active domain selection, and local query preferences are scoped directly to your browser storage, ensuring fast resumption without persistent server tracking.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
You can optionally connect custom Google Gemini or Groq Cloud API credentials to use your private quota and higher rate limits, stored securely in client-side storage.
2. Domain Workspaces & Isolation
Research requires precise domain context. DocInsight provides pre-configured domain templates—including Industrial R&D, Academic Research, Policy Analysis, Legal Studies, Healthcare Research, and Social Research—as well as the ability to create customized domains.
- Vector Isolation: Each domain maintains an isolated ChromaDB vector collection. Documents uploaded to one domain are never leaked or retrieved in another.
- Trusted Source Rules: Presets define preferred domains, government registries, journals, or uploaded publications that receive prioritization during retrieval.
- Persistent Context: Presets save default research queries, targeted vocabulary, and tailored output styles.
3. Source Ingestion & Evidence Library
Grounding starts with diverse, authoritative evidence. The Workspace Tools section supports multi-modal document parsing and dynamic web ingestion:
File Uploads
Support for PDF, DOCX, CSV, Excel spreadsheets, TXT, and Markdown files with automated text extraction and chunking.
URL Scraping
Directly input approved article or documentation URLs. DocInsight scrapes, sanitizes, and vectors the text content into the active domain.
RSS Feeds
Subscribe to live sector feeds to keep your evidence base continually refreshed with recent developments and press releases.
